  • In house collection service

    From single items up to multiple bulk containers we offer a full nationwide collection service which saves our clients considerable time and money.

  • Processing & booking in

    Consignments are checked upon receipt into our warehouse with pallet discrepancies raised within 24 hours. Units are then screened through our goods in department with unit discrepancies reported within 72 hours.

  • Fault finding & reporting

    We offer all our clients a choice of data capture to suit their needs to help them identify faults/issues with products. Detailed reports can be produced as and when requested/periodically providing invaluable information.

  • In depth analysis (enhanced inspections)

    In addition to the fault finding service we offer, we understand that certain products from time to time will require in depth inspections which require reporting/analysis down to a component level. These inspections allow the client to understand route cause issues within components, resulting with our clients making modifications to their products to reduce their loss on returns.   • Stock purchasing

    Once your returns have been processed and reported and faults identified, we purchase all stock irrelevant of fault at an agreed price with each client on a weekly basis. Turning your returns costs into value.

  • In house refurbishment

    Our dedicated team of technicians are responsible for high quality refurbishment that is fitting of our client’s worldwide reputations.

  • Targeted channel sales

    By working with our clients closely we are able to agree markets and countries that brand protect our clients name whilst ensuring sales of refurbished products do not interfere with the brand new sales of our clients in their current channels.
