Collection & unit check

All products are collected by our own transport company from single items to bulk containers. We can guarantee to save our clients money on their current transport service.

All items are bought back to our warehouse for a unit check and discrepancy report which is provided to our clients within agreed timescales.

Basic analysis

Working with our clients we agree on the basic level of reporting needed for each return to include the vital information required.

Enhanced inspection

Using our vast range of returns experience our technical team are able to produce in depth fault reports showing customer habits and component level fault analysis.

These reports are vital for our clients to rectify production errors in China.

All of our refurbished products carry a one year guarantee for complete peace of mind.

Brand protection

All our refurbished products follow the strict instructions agreed with our clients in advance. Any customer care phone numbers are removed from the box, product and instruction book.

The product is clearly marked as a refurbished product and communicated to our client’s customer care team to ensure that no refurbished product is ever returned for a refund, replacement or exchange. Where required we de-brand all brand names from the product also.
